Rebecca Haynes-Gigliotti is the Founder and CEO of LocalizCX, an ezispeak company.
After successfully launching her first business, ezispeak, she has embarked on her next business – LocalizCX, a business dedicated to helping businesses #domore by localizing the customer experience.
Her inspiration for LocalizCX? Satya Nadella.
From the outset, she has worked tirelessly and passionately to bring both businesses to life through extensive market research, ongoing product development, sales and marketing activities, client management and unrelenting leadership.
Renowned for challenging the status quo, Rebecca has strong technical capability in understanding business models/markets and technology.
With a highly entrepreneurial spirit, she has led many successful business growth initiatives in which her passion for evolving business models and process improvement comes through – and where, ultimately, her clients and customers are the beneficiaries of superior services.

Paul McGee
Sales and Marketing
As well as being GM of Sales and Marketing for ezispeak, Paul has heads up Sales and Marketing for ezispeak’s new sister brand, localizcx.
With an absolute passion for diversity and inclusion, Paul works with clients on strategic migrant engagement and planning ensuring our clients have the opportunity to scale their offerings into languages other than English.
Prior to joining the world of ezispeak, he worked for one of Australia’s leading Multicultural Marketing Agencies. He developed a number of strategic campaigns for brands such as AGL, Bluescope, Worksafe, Victoria Police, ATO, Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation, Life Saving, Parks Victoria, as well as State and Federal Government Departments.

Christian Thomas
& Service Delivery
Christian has over 16 years’ experience in the management of IT, Operations and Support incorporating channel management, customer and account management, and technical services management. Christian has extensive experience in technology managed services and delivery, including experience with providing technical engineering and development services to major blue-chip companies such as Telstra and Motorola.
He has responsibility within LocalizCX to manage the Technical and Service Operations which includes client support/helpdesk, incident and service issues, crisis management and IT backup systems. He also works on transitioning new clients to LocalizCX and ensuring the smooth operation of internal systems and processes.

Damir Cato
and Service Supervisor
Damir comes to the business with extensive experience in Localization and Translations Management.
Prior to joining the business, Damir worked for a state government owned language service provider, managing translations projects which underpinned significant federal and state government contracts.
His area of specialisation include translations management, content and web localization, quality assurance and multilingual graphic design.
Damir holds a Bachelor in Business with a major in Arts, ecommerce and multimedia
